The University of Calgary's Fall 2027 entry cycle runs from October 1, 2026 through January 22, 2027. Applicants complete Casper, and top-ranked candidates receive an online MMI invitation in early April for interviews in early May.

Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or refugees; complete a recognized four-year degree by July 1; earn at least a 3.20 GPA over the most recent 60 units; and earn B or better in human anatomy and physiology.
