Colorado's 2026-27 PA cycle required a Complete CASPA application, supplemental, and Casper by the published September deadlines. Its in-person assessment combines an individual interview, group interview, and group exercise.

Admission requirements

Applicants need a bachelor's degree, minimum 3.0 cumulative and science GPAs, C-or-higher prerequisites, three recommendations, CASPA, the supplemental, and Casper. No minimum medical-experience hours, GRE, or PA-CAT are required. Online courses and labs are accepted; AP and IB do not satisfy prerequisites. Official application requirements

How selection works

Colorado considers prerequisite and overall academics, essays, recommendations, interview performance, healthcare exposure, service, PA understanding, and alignment with underserved, rural, primary-care, and pediatric missions.
