Admission requirements
Applicants need U.S. citizenship or permanent residence, a bachelor's degree by the spring before matriculation, minimum 3.0 overall and prerequisite GPAs, C-or-better prerequisites, PA-CAT, three recommendations and at least 500 paid direct-patient-care hours. Official requirements

How selection works
Holistic review considers academic history, statements, recommendations, medical experience and published preferences. Veterans and qualifying FIU students or alumni receive an interview under a published pathway, and service in areas of healthcare need is preferred.
