Admission requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree, minimum 3.0 cumulative and prerequisite math/science GPAs, GRE scores, at least 500 direct-patient-care hours, three to five recommendations, and required prerequisites. Up to two prerequisites and outstanding patient-care hours could be completed by the end of Spring 2027. Casper is not required from the 2026 cycle. Official requirements

FSU reviews eligible files holistically, emphasizing prerequisite and math/science performance, direct patient care, GRE performance, recommendations, service, and capacity for self-directed learning.
