Applicants submit both CASPA and the ISU Graduate School application. A U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's degree, minimum 3.0 prerequisite GPA, C-or-better prerequisites, GRE and three recommendations are required. Healthcare experience is preferred, not required. Official requirements
