Admission requirements

Applicants must complete a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university by enrollment, subject to exceptions for affiliated programs. An overall undergraduate-plus-graduate GPA of at least 2.7 is required to receive a supplemental application. Entrance requirements

Prerequisites, all with C or better, are eight semester hours of biology including at least two laboratory hours; eight hours of inorganic chemistry including at least two lab hours; four hours of Organic Chemistry I with one lab hour; four hours of Organic Chemistry II with one lab hour or three credits of biochemistry; four hours of physics with one lab hour; six hours of English composition and literature; and six hours of behavioural sciences. LECOM considers the most recent MCAT within five years and calls the 50th percentile or higher competitive.
