Admission requirements
Applicants need a U.S. bachelor’s degree completed before application, 3.5 undergraduate GPA with a documented graduate-science exception, B-or-better prerequisites, three letters and Casper. Shadowing, direct care and underserved service are considered without published minimum hours. Official program

- April 30, 2026: CASPA opens.
- July 19, 2026: final accepted Casper test.
- August 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET: verified deadline.
- Mid-June-August 2026: interviews.
- January 2027: entry.
How selection works
Two faculty reviewers score GPA, Casper, statements, supplemental answers and recommendations into a mission-fit composite. Interview results and preference points inform final review. Official program

Interviews are in person on campus and use standardized rubrics covering mission and PA-role fit, science knowledge, teamwork, critical thinking, self-awareness, empathy and communication.
