Clinic appointment access and fairness
Original Videoath MMI-style spoken practice for the McMaster admissions-page canary. This is not a recalled or confidential McMaster question. Review the response for a clear opening position, affected people and interests, missing information, fair trade-offs, respectful communication, and a concise conclusion. Use a two-attempt loop: review one observable weakness, then record the same prompt again with that adjustment.

Admission requirements
Feinberg requires at least three years of undergraduate and/or graduate coursework at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college or university and a bachelor’s degree before matriculation. The MCAT is required; for 2027 matriculation, Northwestern accepts scores from exams taken January 2024 through September 2026. AMCAS-verified applicants with an MCAT score of 500 or higher receive a secondary invitation under the current policy (requirements).
Required preparation includes at least a year of biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry or an organic-chemistry/biochemistry combination, and physics. Northwestern also recommends statistics, writing, and social science. Applicants submit a committee/composite/advisor letter or three individual letters, including at least one science faculty letter, through AMCAS. The school strongly recommends meaningful clinical and research experience but does not set a required hour total.

- June 26, 2026: earliest date applicants may be invited to complete the secondary.

How selection works
Northwestern describes a preliminary AMCAS review, a secondary invitation for applicants who meet the current screening policy, holistic committee review, invitation-only interview, and post-interview decision. The committee considers academic preparation, experiences, research and clinical exposure, communication, and personal qualities. A 500 MCAT is the published threshold for secondary invitation, not an admission promise (requirements and process).

The cited pages do not publish an interview scoring rubric, exact question list, or a promise that every cycle uses identical timing. Do not label the process an MMI.
Who this program may suit
Feinberg’s published criteria may suit applicants who can show strong academic preparation, sustained clinical and research exploration, communication, and reflection across several individual conversations. Applicants should also be ready to explain how their experiences connect to the school’s learning environment without presenting recommended experience hours as a cutoff (Northwestern requirements).
Practice and next step
Original Videoath practice: Use the linked general fairness-and-access prompt to rehearse a clear individual-interview answer. It is general Videoath practice, not a Northwestern question. Record a timed response, review whether your evidence and trade-off are specific, choose one weakness, adjust the answer, record it again, and compare both attempts before choosing the next practice target.
