How selection works

AVC publishes a two-phase formula for the current cycle. Phase One is 60%: CASPer 2 is 20% and academic achievement is 40%. Phase Two is 40%: the veterinary-experience interview is 30% and the personal essay is 10%. The academic average combines 50% of the average across 10 prescribed courses with 50% of the most recent two full-time semesters.
