Admission requirements

Applicants need a BA or BS and required premedical credits from a college-level institution accredited by the Puerto Rico Council on Higher Education or a U.S. accrediting organization. The minimum AMCAS-calculated overall and science GPAs are both 3.00. Admissions

Required coursework is eight credits each of general or inorganic chemistry with labs, organic chemistry or biochemistry I and II with labs, general biology with labs and physics with labs; nine credits each of behavioral/social sciences, Spanish and English.
