How selection works
The committee verifies minimum requirements, then scores and ranks applications with a holistic rubric covering metrics, attributes, and experience. Published favorable-consideration factors include military service, Tarleton or Texas A&M System ties, Texas or Oklahoma residency, first-generation status, and underserved-area background or service.
