Admission requirements
Apply through OptomCAS after at least 90 semester hours, complete prerequisites with C or better, submit OAT, MCAT, or DAT scores, provide at least two recommendations including one from an optometrist, and document at least 20 hours of optometry shadowing or qualifying work experience.
