Admission requirements
For fall 2027 entry, applicants must complete a minimum four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent from an accredited university before Year 1 and meet a minimum 3.5 OMSAS-calculated GPA. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons by the application deadline; international applicants are not eligible. At least 95% of seats are reserved for applicants who meet Ontario's ordinary-residence definition. A Peel Region connection is not required. TMU admission requirements

How selection works

The next published step is an online Kira Talent assessment with six timed video and written questions. TMU says the assessment considers mission alignment, communication, reasoning, and problem-solving; a shortlist progresses to comprehensive file review, and a further shortlist progresses to interview.
