Current-cycle decision support
Turn confirmed information into a first practice
Clinic appointment access and fairness
Original Videoath MMI-style spoken practice for the McMaster admissions-page canary. This is not a recalled or confidential McMaster question. Review the response for a clear opening position, affected people and interests, missing information, fair trade-offs, respectful communication, and a concise conclusion. Use a two-attempt loop: review one observable weakness, then record the same prompt again with that adjustment.

How selection works
Larner reviews completed applications from July 2026 through March 2027, invites interviews by email, and its committee reviews applications several times per month. Interview invitations are by invitation only; interview season is August–March. Decisions are rolling from October through August and may be admitted, delayed decision, waitlisted, or not accepted. Casper completion is mandatory to receive an interview invitation. Larner Application
Interview details
Confirmed
The interview is a virtual process hosted on Microsoft Teams and Kira Talent. Interview day starts at 10:00 a.m. ET; candidates complete Kira setup and a practice question before the day, keep the camera on, demonstrate teamwork and communication, participate in an MMI circuit, and meet faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members. Not published
The official pages do not publish the number or duration of MMI stations, scoring rubric, station prompts, or a school-specific question list. Do not add those details.
Who this program may suit
This process may suit applicants who want a broad, service-oriented medical education and can show academic readiness, curiosity, ethical responsibility, teamwork, communication, and sustained service. Applicants should be comfortable preparing for both a structured virtual day and an MMI circuit while following Kira and Teams technical requirements. These are preparation considerations, not a prediction of admission. Official program/admissions source
Practice and next step
Start the original Videoath practice using the linked fairness prompt. This is original Videoath practice, not a Larner-released MMI station. Record a spoken response, review your stakeholder analysis, communication, and decision trade-offs, adjust one concrete improvement, record again, and compare the two attempts. Then practise a short MMI-length version; do not claim the prompt or timing mirrors Larner’s unpublished stations.
