Admission requirements
XUCOM requires a completed and verified AACOMAS application before a qualified applicant may receive the secondary. The secondary process lists U.S. citizenship or permanent residence, at least two signed/letterhead recommendations, an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above, and consideration of graduate study, GPA trend, and clinical experience with osteopathic physicians (XUCOM application process). The requirements page says applicants need 90 credit hours or three quarters of a bachelor’s degree before applying, an MCAT within three years of matriculation, and a physician plus pre-health or science-faculty recommendation (XUCOM requirements). Xavier is not currently accepting international DO applicants.
